Technical Manager (Head Office)

The Technical Manager will be based at the headquarters and will play a pivotal part in overseeing regional operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving innovation across our property management portfolio. The role demands a high level of technical expertise, cross-functional coordination, and forward-thinking leadership.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical oversight of property and facilities operations across Hong Kong and support new project rollouts in the assigned regional offices.
Monitor performance and compliance of site-based technical teams, ensuring alignment with corporate standards
Review technical specifications, tender proposals, budget and expenditure of projects
Serve as the primary liaison for technical compliance matters (PMSA/BMO/DMC) with regulatory bodies
Provide guidance and recommendations to site technical managers on complex engineering challenges
Champion the adoption of AI and smart technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
Attend periodic client and management meetings to ensure smooth operation and project execution
Conduct periodic site visits to assess plant and equipment conditions and validate compliance (not limited to Hong Kong Properties)

Requirements:

Degree holders or above in Building Services / Surveying / E&M / Construction or related disciplines
15 years or above working experience in property and facilities management with 8 years in managerial level
Regional exposure in property and facilities operation is desirable
Member of CIBSE / HKIE / HKIS / RICS is an advantage
Proficiency in both English and Chinese
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Occasional travel to regional office may be required
