政府製作主任 (多媒體/影片/市場推廣) Production Officer (Media/Video/Marketing)

工作時間: 星期一至五每天9小時（09:30 - 18:30)

月薪: $20,000

要求：

1. 持有香港大學或同等學歷的學士學位 (創意媒體、多媒體、傳播、影片製作或相關領域較佳)

2. 在香港中學文憑考試 (HKDSEE) 或香港中學會考 (HKCEE) ，中文及英文三級或以上

3. 至少有兩年相關領域的全職工作經驗，並具備數字媒體平台管理、攝影及剪輯的經驗（需提供作品集）

4. 精通單反相機及影片製作設備（包括使用移動設備拍攝及穩定器操作等）

5. 精通設計軟件及技術，如 Photoshop、Lightroom、DaVinci/Premiere Pro/After Effects、InDesign/Illustrator 等

6. 精通 Microsoft Office 應用程式（Excel, PowerPoint）及中英文文字處理

7. 對社交媒體趨勢及數字用戶體驗有深入了解

8. 具創意、專注、熱情，並有美學意識

9. 具優秀的溝通、人際關係及組織能力

職責：

1. 在服務期間駐守於康樂及文化事務署的辦公室（根據運營需要，可能需要在不規則的時間和一般假期工作）

2. 提供內容創作、整理、影片拍攝、編輯和製作的指導和支援

3. 與市場營銷團隊及其他團隊成員（如設計師和策展人）合作，計劃和執行符合商定目標的照片/影片拍攝及製作，並創造具有凝聚力的綜合視聽內容

4. 負責拍攝、編輯及修飾照片以用於推廣和社交媒體宣傳

5. 使用行業標準軟件計劃、拍攝、編輯和後期製作視頻內容，確保引人入勝和視覺吸引的最終產品，用於推廣影片和社交媒體營銷目的。

6. 管理影片製作過程的所有階段，包括故事板、燈光、音頻混合、配音錄製、色彩分級、動態圖形及影片編輯和輸出

7. 了解攝影和攝像的最新趨勢和技術，並將創新方法融入工作中

8. 以系統化的方式維護和組織視覺和影片資產及素材

9. 確保與博物館和市場營銷團隊進行有效及適時的溝通，包括收集有關博物館/辦公室籌辦的展覽或相關項目資訊

10. 在需要時安排和參加會議（提供有關攝影和錄像方面的建議等）

11. 為高級市場營銷和業務發展經理提供行政支持

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in creative media, multimedia, communication, video production or equivalent)

2. Level 3 or above result in Chinese and English in the HKDSE / HKCEE, or equivalent

3. At least 2 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in in related fields with experience in digital media platforms management, videography and editing (portfolio required)

4. Proficiency with DSLR and video production equipment (including shooting with mobile devices and gimbal operations, etc)

5. Proficiency with design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Lightroom, DaVinci/Premiere Pro/Aftereffects, InDesign/Illustrator, etc

6. Proficiency in MS Office application (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing;

7. Strong knowledge of social media trends and digital user experiences;

8. Creative, dedicated, passionate, strong sense on aesthetic;

9. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills

Responsibilities:

1. Stationing at the LCSD’s Office during the Service Period (may need to work outside and/or during irregular hours and General Holidays when necessary, depending on operational needs)

2. Providing directions and support on content creation, collation, images and video shooting, editing and production

3. Collaborate with Marketing Team and other team members, such as designer, and curators to plan and execute photo and/or video shooting and productions that align with the agreed objectives, as well as create cohesive, integrated audiovisual content;

4. Responsible for photo shooting, editing and retouching for promotion and social media marketing usage;

5. Plan, shoot, edit and post produce video content using industry standard software, ensuring high quality, engaging, and visually compelling final products for promotional videos and social media marketing purpose

6. Manage the video production process from start to finish, including storyboarding, lighting, audio mixing, voice over recording, color grading, motion graphic, and video editing and output

7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography and incorporate innovative approaches into work;

8. Maintain and organise visuals and video assets and footage in a systematic manner;

9. Ensuring an effective and timely communication with LCSD museums and marketing team, such as collection of any information about the exhibitions or related programmes organised by LCSD museums/offices, etc;

10. Arranging and attending meetings when needed (giving advice on photography and videography aspects etc.)

11. To provide administrative support to the Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager
