月薪: $42,000 - $48,600

要求：

1. 學士學位 (科學 / 工程 / 社會科學 / 傳播 / 環境管理與科技或相關學科)

2. 8 年環境項目 / 實地工作管理 / 回收合約管理 / 廢物管理領域工作經驗。4年主管級別以及領導團隊檢查和環境調查 / 投訴處理的經驗

3. 香港中學文憑考試 (HKDSE) / 香港中學會考試 (HKCEE)：中文及英文3/C級

4. 最好具備電腦應用（如中英文文字處理、電子表格和簡報軟體等）或社群媒體管理的知識和經驗

職責：

1. 支援綠在區區設施的合約管理，包括監察承辦商遵守合約規定的情況，並協助專業人員審核設施營辦商提交的申請

2. 在實地視察回收倉和回收站及其相關事件／活動時擔當監督角色，以查核承辦商

遵守合約規定的情況

3. 處理和回應公眾對社區回收網絡的查詢和投訴

4. 協助擬備和管理社區回收網絡設施改善工程的合約

5. 協助擬備和更新與社區回收網絡有關的文件、資料摘要、指引、簡介及其他必要資料

6. 在綠綠賞電子產品參與獎勵計劃和相關回收計劃的禮品分發和採購方面擔當監督角色

7. 協助專業人員為社區回收網絡擬備招標文件

8. 在管理合約時，與所有相關持份者聯繫，包括但不限於不同的政府部門、承辦商和物業管理處

9. 為團隊提供行政支援

10.督導、培訓和指導團隊的新員工，以支援回收店和回收站的日常運作和各項措施

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (science, engineering, social science, communication, environmental management and technology, or equivalent)

2. Minimum 8 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in environmental project/ fieldwork management/ recycling contract management and waste management, with minimum 4 years at supervisory level and experience in leading teams for inspection and environmental enquiry/complaint handling

3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Level 3/C in Chinese & English

4. Preferably have knowledge and experience in computer applications (e.g. word processing in Chinese and English, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.) or management of social media.

Responsibilities:

1. To support contract management of the facilities of GREEN@COMMUNITY including monitoring contractors’ compliance with contract requirements and assisting professional staff in vetting submissions of the facility operators;

2. To perform a supervisory role in site inspections to the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations, and their related events/activities for compliance check;

3. To handle and respond to public enquiries and complaints concerning community recycling network;

4. To support in preparing and managing the contracts of facilities enhancement for community recycling network;

5. To support in preparing and updating papers, information notes, guidelines, presentation decks and other necessary materials in relation to the community recycling network;

6. To perform a supervisory role in distribution and procurement of gift items for the GREEN$ Electronic Participation Incentive Scheme and relevant recycling programme;

7. To assist professional staff in preparing tendering submissions for community recycling network ;

8. To liaise with all relevant stakeholders, including but not limited to different Government departments, contractors and property management office when managing the contracts;

9. To provide administrative support of the team;

10. To supervise, train and coach new staff of the team for supporting daily operations and various initiatives of the Recycling Stores and Recycling Stations
