As a Personal Assistant, you will provide all-rounded professional administrative and secretarial support to the senior management to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and high-performing individual to contribute to a thriving team.

Description

As a Personal Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
Coordinating and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Maintaining an organized filing system for records and correspondence
Handling expense reimbursement and invoices
Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Ensuring timely follow-ups on tasks and communication

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

Relevant secretarial and administrative support to senior management in a professional and fast-paced work setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin), both written and verbal
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with the insurance industry is an advantage
