- Deliver timely and precise reports and dashboards related to agency performance, including daily production, monthly targets, contests, and management insights.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to enhance agent productivity.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and maintain accurate agency hierarchy records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and optimize report generation processes.
- Document procedures and specifications to support operational consistency.
- Prepare support documentation and take on additional tasks as assigned to meet evolving business needs.
- Translate business needs into technical and operational requirements using strong analytical skills.
- Collect and evaluate data from multiple sources, resolve discrepancies, and identify core business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience ideally within the financial sector
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, MS SQL, and MS Access.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as QlikView or Power BI.
