Responsibilities

Lead the setup and improvement projects for warehouse facilities and provide technical advice to support various business units in HK, PRC and overseas
Prepare technical proposals, reports, budgets and project schedules
Handle procurement documents, including but not limited to tender documents, technical drawings, purchase orders and payment recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure work objectives can be achieved
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety of mechanical & electrical installations
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve work outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
With at least 6 years of solid experience in construction project design and management
Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker A is an advantage
Membership in HKIE, IMechE, IEEE, CIBSE or equivalent is a plus
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Engineering
