Responsibilities:

Develop and implement online campaigns to drive new sales and retain customers.
Assist in identifying different segments including data mining and analysis.
Assist in managing and enhancing online platforms (UX/UI) to ensure seamless customer journey.
Assist in creating communications on content and visual.
Analyze customer data and behavior to generate actionable insights to improve online conversion and customer experience.
Work closely with Business Unit and IT to ensure high quality content and effective messaging that resonates with target audience.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, measure KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
Support ad hoc assignments and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, e-Commerce or equivalent disciplines.
2 years' relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce. exposure in Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEM/SEO would be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, understanding of customer segmentation & conversion Optimization.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Good communication, independent, well-organized and attentive to detail.
