Half-Day Secretary (Morning Shift)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Hong Kong – Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters

About the Company

We are a German multinational corporation specializing in high technology and engineered system solutions.
We manufacture and install high-quality heat-resistant materials under our own brand name.
Our products are designed for high-temperature industrial processes and are widely used in the cement, steel, lime, and related industries across the Asia Pacific region.
Our Hong Kong office serves as the regional headquarters for Asia Pacific operations.

The Role

Provide administrative and secretarial support to our German Manager and British Manager.
This is a part-time morning position ideal for candidates seeking a stable role in an international business environment.Provide daily secretarial and administrative support to two senior managers.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
Arrange travel itineraries, flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to support business operations and communications.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required.
Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications professionally.
Maintain filing systems and ensure smooth office operations.
Support general office administration and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidates

Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
Experience in serving English-speaking expatriates is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
