Senior Operation Officer / Officer (Securities Department) (Ref:CO-SWPO)

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal projects within the Securities department and coordinate cross-functional teams & monitor on the project development schedule
Participate in system enhancement / integration projects and other ad hoc operational initiatives
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of securities promotion campaigns, including collaborating with coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence and alignment with strategic goals.
Assist in support the implementation and regular review of policies, procedures, and operational guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant SFO and regulatory requirements
Assist in handle issues in relation to communications with HKMA, SFC and HKEX, co-ordinate necessary responses or actions
Conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Handle Administration works of the department

Requirements:

Degree holder with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the investment industry
Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
License holder with passes in HKSI Licensing Exam (Paper 1, 7 & 8) or equivalent is preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
