Stablead Labs Limited is a Hong Kong–incorporated financial technology company applying for a Money Service Operator (MSO) license. We provide digital cross-border remittance and cashless foreign exchange services, focusing on secure, compliant, and efficient money transfer solutions across APAC and beyond.

We are looking for a Part-Time Compliance Officer (CO) to join our team in Hong Kong. This role is critical to our licensing and operational setup, ensuring that our AML/CFT framework meets Hong Kong Customs & Excise Department (C&ED) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for AML/CFT matters in Hong Kong.
Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CFT compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
Oversee customer due diligence (KYC/KYB), transaction monitoring, and escalation of suspicious activity.
Ensure timely filing of suspicious transaction reports (STRs) to JFIU.
Conduct compliance training for staff and maintain training logs.
Liaise with regulators (C&ED) and ensure ongoing compliance with AMLO (Cap. 615).

Qualifications

Must be ordinarily resident in Hong Kong.
Degree or higher diploma in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance, preferably in MSO, fintech, or financial institutions.
Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, ACAMS) highly preferred.
Strong understanding of AMLO, FATF standards, and Hong Kong C&ED requirements.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.
