Responsibilities:

As a Product Quality Coordinator, you will:

Support supplier collaboration by monitoring performance indicators, implementing progress actions, and conducting factory audits
Raise awareness among sourcing and purchasing teams regarding brand quality requirements and practices
Organize and monitor quality audits for supplier onboarding and compliance, ensuring timely renewals and corrective action implementation
Oversee quality controls, verify inspection reports, and manage follow-up with sourcing teams, suppliers, and service providers
Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify improvement opportunities and support procurement decision-making
Manage product “line review” exercises to assess risks in workmanship, construction, testing, and fit
Coordinate laboratory testing requirements in line with group testing policies, monitor execution, and analyze results
Manage product-related quality complaints, ensuring timely analysis, resolution, and corrective actions
Stay updated on relevant regulatory developments (e.g., REACH) to ensure compliance with evolving standards
Ad hoc and overall duties required from time to time to ensure effectiveness

Job Specification:

Qualifications & Experience

Degree / diploma in textiles, quality management, or a related field preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality assurance, quality control, or product compliance within the apparel / textiles sector
Strong knowledge of textile processes, quality audit methods, and compliance standards

Skills & Competencies

Technical expertise in quality control (defects, labeling, measurements, washing tests)
Proficiency in quality audits, inspections, and corrective action planning
Strong computer skills, including data analysis and reporting
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
Team-oriented, methodical, and rigorous with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and French
