Key Responsibilities:

Assist accounting manager in handling the account matters including payment record, ledger accounts, month-end and year-end closing process
Assist in carrying out daily accounting operations and executing the internal control according to accounting policies
Prepare accounting reports for management
Conduct financial analysis for management review
Assist any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting with 3 years relevant experience
Proficiency in accounting system and excellent skills in Excel software is a MUST
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Shift duty including 1 day night shift until 9:15 pm per week is required
