Responsibilities
- Lead technical team to carry out building maintenance and operation works
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on alteration, addition and major improvement works
- Prepare specifications and tender documents for repair and maintenance works
- Handle owner’s / tenant’s requests on technical aspects
- Monitor the performance of building facilities
- Prepare yearly budgeting and monitor monthly expenses
- Supervise and carry out Testing and commissioning
Requirements
- Degree in Building Services Engineering / Building Studies or related disciplines
- Member of HKIS/ RICS/ HKIE/ CIBSE/ IMechE or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in property maintenance of which 3 years at managerial level
- Experience in Grade A Retail and/or Commercial Property is a must
- Proficient in related ordinances and professional maintenance practices
- Excellent knowledge on design, renovation and project management is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
