As a Paralegal, you will provide essential legal support, including document preparation, legal research, and administrative coordination.

Description

As a Paralegal, your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts.
Conducting legal research to support case preparation and decision-making.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Providing administrative support to the legal team, including filing and record-keeping.
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
Managing case files and maintaining an organized database of legal documents.
Drafting correspondence and reports as required by the legal department.
Assisting in the preparation for meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

Profile

A successful Paralegal should have:

A degree or diploma in law, legal studies, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience.
Able to read, write and speak in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
