Client is a leading global logistics provider offering a wide range of services including domestic and international freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage, and e-commerce logistics. Known for its customer-centric approach, it specializes in door-to-door delivery, supply chain solutions, and high-quality service across both B2B and B2C sectors.

Description

Supervise and coordinate daily air cargo warehouse operations, including space utilization, staffing, and workflow accuracy, while ensuring safety compliance.
Manage shipment schedules and vendor coordination to ensure timely cargo handling and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and maintain accurate stock records.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve operational flow and space efficiency.
Oversee daily cargo activities and implement improvements in handling and processing.
Prepare and manage ULD (Unit Load Device) load plans to support cargo balance and efficient distribution.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through regular checks and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support overall warehouse performance.
Expereinced candidate will be considered as Manager

Profile

Proven experience in air cargo warehouse operations is essential.
Diploma in Aviation Operations, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with ULD load planning and e-commerce logistics.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics management.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Proficient in warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse best practices.
Forklift license is an advantage but not a MUST
Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.

Job Offer

5-day work
Monthly rotating shift roster
Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Night Shift: 2:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Night shift allowance
Discretionary Bonus
