Officer - Finance & Accounting (SEA Business)

The incumbent will support the accounting functions for the Southeast Asia (SEA) operations, such as hotel operation in Japan and Cruise business in Philippines, from the perspective of Group Finance & Accounting.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for month-end closing and management reporting of assigned entities
Collaborate with local team/service provider to handle daily payment functions
Liaise with local team/service provider to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly reporting pack
Assist in group interim and annual audit
Assist in periodic tax filling and other compliance tasks
Assist in administrative duties and other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines with 3 - 5 years' relevant working experience
Familiar with accounting standards, taxation and statutory requirements
Experience in audit and commercial experience is preferred but not a must
Experience in handling accounting and tax matters of SEA companies is preferred but not a must
Well organized, good interpersonal and coordination skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, knowledge of SAP
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Officer
