MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

Culture - fostering a caring, daring, inclusive, and diverse environment is essential to making AXA the best workplace where talents can thrive, innovate, and grow. The incumbent will contribute to culture initiatives that promote appreciation, recognition, inclusion, and diversity, positioning AXA as an employer of choice.
Employee Engagement - with people being our most important asset, the incumbent will plan and execute the annual engagement agenda. This includes but not limited to leveraging the staff engagement app to enhance the digital employee experience, understanding the pulse of the workforce through surveys, and using the insights gathered to shape and refine the organization's engagement strategy.
Employee Wellbeing - Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to drive global and local wellbeing initiatives. Leverage various channels to promote the importance of overall wellness, including physical, mental, financial, and social wellbeing.
Employer Branding - strengthening AXA's global employer brand by participating in different career fairs and HR/ industry awards, supporting our award-winning internship programme, and enhancing onboarding journey.
HR Communications - leverage various internal mediums (e.g. email, staff engagement mobile app, wallpaper) to broadcast company messages and promote initiatives
Other HR support - provide admin / logistical support on different ad-hoc activities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Plan and execute annual employee engagement and wellbeing programmes and activities - in close partnership with other internal departments
Implement features enhancements and the relevant campaigns for the staff engagement app to improve user experience
Coordinate cultural initiatives campaigns within the organization to ensure that our employees connect with and understand the company's purpose and values
Coordinate with the Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Champions to implement the annual I&D agenda, ensuring the timely delivery of planned initiatives
Prepare company-wide communications to deliver important messages and share relevant information with employees via different channels in a timely manner
Provide support for key company events such as the annual town hall, large-scale staff events (e.g. Annual Dinner), and regular leadership forums
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on Employer Branding initiatives, including but not limited to HR/industry award applications, career fairs, internship programs, onboarding processes, and LinkedIn content
Manage external vendor/ stakeholder relationships
Act as the main point of contact for AXA Group's designated initiatives, including managing reporting processes
Ensure all engagement and wellbeing initiatives are managed within the assigned budget, with regular reporting for management review

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Communications or related discipline
2-3 years in Human Resources, employee engagement, or similar roles, preferably in complex and sizable organisations. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
Strong passion for fostering organizational culture, employee engagement and wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion in the workplace
Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Confident in working independently and being a team-player
Strong attention to detail and well-organized
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Well-versed in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint, proficient in Excel formulas is a must
