Position Overview
The Senior Executive (Project and Data Analyst) will play a pivotal role in advancing Po Leung Kuk’s fundraising success through data-driven marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for analyzing donor and campaign data, optimizing marketing performance, and supporting targeted engagement strategies to enhance donor acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. The role also involves managing the Donor Relationship Management (DRM) system to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging data to amplify social impact through effective marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the Donor Relationship Management (DRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and system improvements in collaboration with the IT team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote data-informed decision-making and ensure compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and internal policies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret donor and campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for fundraising and development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Conduct donor segmentation and profiling to enable targeted campaigns and personalized engagement strategies.
- Support the development of marketing strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and reactivation based on data insights.
- Assist in corporate development and fundraising events through data analysis, proposal preparation, and logistical support.
- Provide administrative support to the Fundraising & Development Department, including documentation, reporting, and event coordination tasks.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or fundraising analytics and/or CRM/data systems; experience in the NGO sector is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in computer applications.
- Solid knowledge of IT project management and coordination.
- Experience in managing or supporting enhancements to CRM/DRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising analytics and email marketing metrics is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
