The Senior Manager - leasing & office renovation will oversee project management and leasing operations, ensuring optimal workplace efficiency. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in facilities administration and leasing within a corporate environment.

Description

As a Senior Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing project & facilities operations and workplace services to ensure smooth functioning.
Overseeing leasing agreements, renewals, and negotiations to align with company objectives.
Developing and implementing facilities management strategies to optimise space utilisation.
Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance and repair activities.
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies in all facilities-related matters.
Preparing and managing budgets for facilities and leasing operations.
Leading initiatives to enhance workplace safety, sustainability, and employee satisfaction.
Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on facilities and leasing performance.

Profile

A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in facilities management and leasing operations
Strong knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise resources effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing efficient solutions.
