Administrative Officer (Banking)

Our client is a reputable HK leading bank, which is looking for Administrative Officer to support their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Deliver efficient and high quality secretarial support to a Management Executive and administrative support to team members
Manage diaries and arrange meeting and interview logistics, coordinate and organise departmental meetings and conference calls
Responsible for ordering of stationery and equipment, liaison with internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal procurement team and external vendors
Make business travel arrangements, liaise with travel agencies and service providers
Arrange on/off-boarding of new joiners / leavers
Arrange expenses claims
Coordinate team activities, events, meetings

Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma Holder or above
2 year relevant experience is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Good in Chinese, English and Mandarin
