Responsibilities

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain talents

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding

Deliver orientation training for new joiners and train-the-trainer programs for enforcement of the training

Identify training needs, formulate strategies and implement learning and development programmes to meet with business needs

Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring retail staff product knowledge through frequent shop visit & conduct field coaching in stores

Need to embrace the Group's vision, mission and values into a clear learning and development agenda by conveying it through development programs, staff communication events and staff relations projects

Provide market intelligence and store feedback to management timely

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or any related discipline

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in talent management and training field, preferably from retail fashion

Proactive, people-oriented with strong presentation and influencing skills

Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills

Good command in both speaking and writing in English and Chinese

Proficient with computer skills and MS Office
