About the Team:

Business Operations is the engine room of the Advertising team. We are driven by the purpose of delivering excellence across the entire advertising portfolio of SCMP.

Purpose of the position:

SCMP is looking for a Billing Executive to support the billing reconciliation function within the Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate will have accounting, and financial drive, and a passion for billing operations excellence. This role will report to the Assistant Manager - Billing Operations.

In this role, you will:

Manage all billing activities, including invoice generation and settlement processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within designated systems.
Conduct regular billing reconciliations to ensure the accurate matching of financial transactions and alignment with revenue recognition principles.
Serve as the primary billing contact point, providing expert support and collaborating closely with the Sales, Operations, and other relevant teams to resolve billing-related queries.
Actively identify and contribute to system and workflow optimization initiatives, including planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless integration and improve daily operational performance.
Provide support for ad-hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

Skills and Experience that will lead to success:

Proven experience in billing activities.
Knowledge of Salesforce and procurement systems is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Google G Suite.
Excellent in communications and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Advertising Industry experience will be an added advantage

Work location will be at Causeway Bay office.
