Marketing, Part Time Clerk

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist Team in the monthly and weekly creation of in store marketing materials such as Poster & POP
Perform basic Traditional and Simplified Chinese copywriting for marketing content such as POP, in store announcement
Support Team in daily communication with vendors and shopping malls
Consolidate marketing materials and communicate with different teams on various approval process to ensure deadlines met
Coordinate with internal teams, stores and external partners to ensure smooth information flow
Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc marketing tasks such invoicing, filing, sample packing

Requirements

Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written), Japanese is a plus
Minimum 1–2 years of office experience is preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and general office software
Immediate available
Work Schedule: 3 to 4 days per week

Ability to work independently and under pressure as a strong team player
Detail-minded, organized, and able to manage multiple communication channels
Flexible and collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment
Positive mindset and willingness to learn
