Is this your next challenge in Admin Support?

The challenge is to:

Be part of the Central Operations Team to provide daily support to frontline team members
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for store support issues
Liaise with various partners to clarify and streamline workflows
Perform data entry and assist in preparing reports and presentation materials
Support ad hoc projects as needed

Do you have experience in Retail Industry / FMCG?

Form 5 or above
1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail sector
Willingness to learn with a proactive and organized attitude
Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
