Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee to join our global team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in co-marketing and brand collaborations with consumer-facing brands and Web3 projects, aiming to drive user engagement and product visibility for the Bybit Card and related payment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution Support

Assist in translating partnership plans into actionable deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
Support drafting simple copy and content proposals, and help track campaign implementation.
Monitor campaign progress and assist in compiling reports and post-campaign reviews.

Partner Coordination & Follow-up

Help coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth collaboration and timely deliverables.
Support team members in following up with partners to align on joint initiatives.

Internal & External Communication

Act as a support liaison between internal teams (marketing, product, creative) and external partners.
Ensure clear communication of expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Event & Activation Collaboration

Provide logistical and coordination support for partnership events and activations.
Assist in localizing activations to fit regional markets and partner audiences.

Marketing Ideation & Strategy

Join brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for partner campaigns.
Stay curious about Web3, fintech, and lifestyle trends, and share insights that could inspire future collaborations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and willingness to learn project management basics.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
Enthusiasm for marketing, branding, and storytelling; eager to understand what makes campaigns resonate with audiences.
A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset — comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Interest in Web3, fintech, or digital lifestyle trends is a strong plus.
Previous internship experience in marketing, partnerships, or event support is helpful but not required.
