Programme Administration Officer/ Programme Administration Assistant (Temporary)

Duties:

Responsible for programme administration including general enquiries, students’ admission and registration, students’ recruitment and enrollment, class scheduling, examination, etc.
To liaise with academic staff and students on administrative matters; provide secretarial support to meeting; handling students’ enquiries/ complaints on non-academic issues;
To maintain the consistency and integrity of student records across different systems; to provide accurate student data, and filing of documentations;
To plan, coordinate & perform any other duties and support College events as assigned by the Supervisor or his/her nominee.
To provide support and handle students’ enquiries/complaints; answering enquiries for students and visitors etc.
A minimum of one shift per week (11:00–20:00) for counter service is required.

Requirements:

Holder of higher diploma/ associate degree or above
At least 2 years working experience
Able to work independently, well-organizing and good interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
The seniority of the position will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience
