Role Purpose:
The position holder(s) will support daily store operations to enhance store operation effectiveness and assist with store-related issues, including POS system and IT-related concerns.
A typical day in this Role:
- Deliver comprehensive support for daily store operations to enhance store operation effectiveness.
- Offer primary assistance for store-related issues, including POS system and IT-related concerns.
- Facilitate new store launches, closures, renovations, and maintenance, alongside pertinent administrative duties.
- Regularly generate sales reports for strategic business analysis.
- Manage store supplies including but not limited to stationery, uniform, and place orders to ensure seamless store operations

Success will depend on:
- Possess a tertiary education qualification or higher
- Experience in a retail setting is advantageous
- Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Operations Support Officer
