We are looking for an Assistant Ice Rink Manager to be part of our Ice Rink Team. Cityplaza Ice Palace is a shimmering wonderland nestled within the heart of Cityplaza, offering a captivating ice skating experience for all ages. Our Ice Rink Team of specialised staff are dedicated professionals with diverse skills and expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing operational policies & procedures, preparation works & staff arrangement for ice shows, competition, and rink rental
- Preparing routine reports such as income report, customer feedback, market research & provide recommendations
- Organising skate shop promotional activities, conducting internal auditing activities for income and inventory management control
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality of ice rink
- Handling staff recruitment & supervision, conducting performance review and implementation of in-house training programmes, as well as preparing duty roster, job allocation and staff payroll
- Managing skating school related operations and activities, such as coach and frontline staff supervision, system enhancement, handling ISI recreational sport, ice hockey, curling & arranging VOI core programme
Requirements:
- Diploma holder preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of retail or hospitality management
- Customer service oriented
- Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel
- Willing to work on shift (5 days work week; 9:30am – 6:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:30pm)
