Our client provides comprehensive Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Services to Government bureaux, departments and autonomous bodies with a vision to improve the quality of life for our community.

Responsibilities:

Implementing initiatives for enhancing the engagement programmes and publicity;
Planning, co-ordinating and implementing publicity campaigns, e.g. roadshow, exhibition, outreach programmes etc.;
Coordinating event logistics, implementing marketing projects such as promotion, corporate events, video production, publications, collaterals and premiums & gifts etc.;
Delivering support to the department for all aspects of projects & event management;
Undertake such additional tasks as the supervisors in the department may direct from time to time;
Assisting in project and event coordination for marketing, publicity and promotion activities;
Preparing project report, meeting notes, presentation, and project schedule etc; and
Handling other duties as assigned by the officers of the EMSD.

Requirements:

Achieved Level 2 / Grade E or above in Chinese and English languages in HKCEE / HKDSE, or equivalent.
Familiar with MS Office, with English and Chinese word processing and shall be fluent in English and Putonghua.
Accredited university graduate / Associate degree / Higher diploma preferably in marketing, communication, media, social communication resources management, Service Management or other equivalent fields.
At least 1 years of relevant experience iin marketing, public relations, media, social media management, copywriting and/or event management.
Responsible for the preparation of promotion materials and shall familiar with video and film editing softwares such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience in manage to conduct briefings/ seminars in educational outreach activities individually.
Familiar with MS Office, with English and Chinese word processing speed at 30 wpm, photoshop, AI software, Acrobat Pro or more.
