General Support Assistant - Government Contract (5 days work)

Job Duties

To provide indoor and outdoor manual work services including but not limited to move store and equipment, inventory, files replenish distilled bottled water and papers etc;

To handle front office reception and administration, such as answering general enquiries from visitors;

To provide general office support services including but not limited to data input; photocopying and faxing services; setting up of conference room and equipment (e.g. computer and projector) for meeting; replenishment and storekeeping of office stationery sorting and organizing files to filing racks and mailing services; and assisting to arrange maintenance work for office facilities and equipment;

To perform indoor and outdoor messenger duties, including but not limited to provide receipt & dispatch services within North District Leisure Services Office; to deliver documents, files and any other packed materials (including mailing materials) from North District Leisure Services Office to Leisure & Cultural Services Department Headquarters and any other locations as required; and

To perform other duties assigned by senior officers

Job Requirement

A permanent resident of Hong Kong Special Administration Region;
Have Completed Form 5 education or equivalent;
Possess good computer skills and knowledge on general computer software such as word, excel, as well as Chinese and English typing skills; and
Have at least 2 years of post-qualification office work experience in large-scale company or organization. Former working experience in Government would be an advantage.
Ability to read and write Chinese and English and to speak fluent Cantonese and English;
Have good interpersonal and communication skills;
Be able to cope well under pressure; and
Be able to seek and accept responsibility
