Representing a globally recognised fashion and lifestyle brand, our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Order & Vendor Management to join their dynamic team. Your Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing order fulfilment and vendor performance across the supply chain. You'll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting vendor compliance with company standards.
Your Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the outbound order management team, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Analyse performance data and facilitate meetings to resolve order delays and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate system records related to order status, delivery requests, and vendor performance.
Provides guidance to vendors on end-to-end order processing and supports continuous process improvement.
Collaborate with logistics partners and QA teams to ensure cargo readiness and inspection completion.
Monitor vendor activities, review operational errors, and track performance against KPIs.
Address vendor enquiries, manage non-compliance cases, and initiate corrective actions or chargebacks as needed.
Conduct factory visits to support vendor training and operational alignment.
Approve order changes and manage shipping-related claims and credits.
Enforce company policies and procedures across vendor operations and report issues to senior management.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in order management or customer service, with proven leadership capabilities.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Willingness to travel occasionally for factory visits and vendor engagement.
