Role Purpose:
The position holder(s) will provide professional nutritional advice and health assessments to customers, supporting the promotion of wellness and healthy living. They will contribute to sales growth through high-quality customer service, educational content creation, and collaboration with health service teams, while ensuring operational support in-store.
A typical day in this Role:
- Provide professional nutritional advice to customers on Company’s comprehensive range of health and fitness products, and food supplements.
- Drive and maximize sales through high-quality customer services.
- Collaborate with Registered Dietitians and Pharmacists to provide health services to our customers.
- Provide support on store daily operations.
