Job Summary:

This is not your average internship — you’ll work alongside leaders on real business challenges and get a 360° view of Finance in an international, fast-paced consumer goods company.

We are seeking an intern/ assistant available for a duration of 6 to 12 months, with a preferred start date between July and September 2025.

You’ll rotate across FP&A and Commercial Finance, gaining insights into performance analysis, forecasting, business partnering, and strategic decision-making.

Job Description:

Work Location: Grand Century Place, Mong Kok East

What You'll Be Doing:

Commercial Finance:

· Analyse sales, trade spend, and gross margin performance, including performing variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis to assess financial performance.

· Partner with Sales & Marketing to assess promo effectiveness and commercial ROI, including data management and consolidation.

· Assist month-end reporting tasks and support forecast reviews.

· Support budgeting processes by gathering data, updating financial models, preparing reports for budget meetings, and scenario modelling.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

· Support working capital analysis, trade terms, and inventory performance.

· Assist with statutory reporting, internal controls, and risk management processes.

· Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes related to supply chain and operational costs

Special Projects:

· Drive cross-functional projects related to performance improvement, automation, and data visualization

· Take ownership of your own analysis or initiative that creates value.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a curious and driven individual who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.

You are:

· A penultimate/final year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

· Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions or challenging the status quo.

· Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

· A strong communicator in English (Cantonese is a plus, but not required)

· Excited by FMCG, international business, and working in a fast-paced environment.
