Responsibilities

Provide quality services to customers and handle customers' enquiries / complaints at the reception counter
Provide administrative support to management office including filing and data input etc.
Monitor the performance of the service contractors
Provide support for system administration
Assist in-mall daily operations such as promotions and events
Perform ad-hoc duties if required
