Job Summary

As part of the Private Banking Business Support Team in GCNA, this role is responsible to enable the Front Office to deliver first-class experience for our PvB clients and prospect, across all aspects of the relationship in a proactive, coordinated, and innovative approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide extensive quality office administrative support to Private Bank includes but not limited to

Form stock take and replenishment
Stationeries/ pantry supplies/ papers and toners/ marketing collateral replenishment
Liaison with vendors for maintenance of equipment/ marketing material
Logistical support in staff onboarding & offboarding, office relocation and internal events
Set up and dismantle of venue for training and event
Handle outgoing mails and deliver incoming mails to recipients and file acknowledgement record for audit purpose.
Process all invoices on a regular basis to avoid delay of payments

Qualifications

Diploma holder or above with understanding of administrative duties
Banking experience preferred but not essential
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Able to work independently and a good team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
