Key Account Manager -Medical Care

This position will focus on the sales and market penetration efforts for our flagship oncology products - BRAFTOVI®, MEKTOVI®, and NERLYNX® - in the Hong Kong market. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, enhance brand presence, and drive market share growth. With a deep understanding of the oncology landscape and a proven track record in managing key accounts, you will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to promote the value of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide promotional information and maintain a working relationship with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, etc.) to promote products and their proper use in compliance with ethical rules.
Organize and optimize the management of your activity in accordance with the strategy and organizational arrangements defined by management (face-to-face, video sales call) and work in synergy with other internal stakeholders from the area (e.g. trainers, merchandisers, sales representatives, etc.)
Provide doctors with information that is of a high quality, objective (i.e. without undermining the competition), complete and in accordance with the validated documents, and inform him/her of all regulatory and pharmaco-therapeutic aspects of the marketing authorization for the product being presented (indication, role of the prescription drug in the recommended therapeutic strategy, dosage, treatment times, side effects and monitoring them, drug interactions, treatment monitoring, prescription limitations and treatment modalities).
Propose public relations measures, depending on the allocated budget, and ensure that they are carried out and monitored
Pass on all information regarding vigilance, including usage that does not comply with product specifications and the regulations in force.
Help develop and monitor sectoral budgets and performance indicators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, a proven track record in Hong Kong or a similar market
Strong knowledge of the sales processes and dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry and HK healthcare system, experience in specialty care or oncology segment is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, good team player and able to work independently.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus.
Less experienced will be considered as Associate Key Account Manager
