This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity to drive business growth across the APAC region by identifying and engaging new prospects. You’ll play a key role in expanding market presence by generating qualified leads, working closely with marketing and sales teams, and refining strategic outreach. This position requires a self-starter with a strong understanding of the regional fintech landscape and the communication skills to connect with executive decision-makers. Accountabilities:

Drive outbound lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the APAC market.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach efforts and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities across various industries and territories.
Stay informed about the company’s product suite and competitive positioning to craft compelling messages.
Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead engagement in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and use analytics to optimize performance.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales development, business development, or related roles in fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong grasp of the APAC market’s dynamics, trends, and industry-specific needs.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a track record of engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM tools (especially Salesforce), with an analytical mindset for tracking metrics and refining strategies.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
