We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for KMB app, focused on facilitating bookings for airport shuttle services. This role involves assisting customers with their travel needs, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to arrival.

Responsibilities:

1)Booking Management:

Process customer orders through the app.
Confirm bookings and communicate details to clients.

2)Customer Support:

Provide 24/7 customer service for inquiries, rearrangements, and support.
Assist customers via phone and chat, ensuring quick resolutions.
Payment Processing:
Collect payments and provide receipts to clients.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with the shuttle bus team to ensure timely service.
Monitor and manage the dashboard for order status and customer feedback.

Time Slots:
00:00 - 06:00
06:00 - 12:00
12:00 - 18:00
18:00 - 00:00
Remote Shifts Available: Flexibility to work from home during specific shifts.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in using technology and mobile applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
