C.E.C. Catering Equipment Company Limited is a well-established catering equipment supply company in Hong Kong, offering top-quality equipment and premium brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage Full Set of Accounts, handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, aging reports, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management accounts.
Oversee daily accounting tasks, including cash flow management, cash forecasting, and maintaining accounts receivables and payables.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform account code setup and ongoing maintenance.
Assist management in decision-making by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare for and support annual audits and internal control processes.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years of independent full-set accounting experience up to the reporting stage.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in import/export and foreign exchange (FOREX).
Knowledge of ERP and accounting systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.
Mature, self-motivated, and responsible, with a willingness to take on challenges.
