Client Details

Our client is a sports & lifestyle apparel company. They are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive, APAC to support the expanding business in the region by developing consumer-oriented merchandising strategies, store management and business expansion to create the global alignment with local and regional relevance.

Description

-Be responsible for the Hong Kong and APAC market, sales analysis, roll-out relevant product collaborations and capsules and drive increased full-price sell-through and SKU productivity

-Establish regional structure and processes to analyze consumer, competition and markets in product, pricing and delivery, develop new customers

-Evaluate potential opportunities and challenges by sell-out performance, market feedback and needs across the markets and divisions

-Work with multi-stakeholders to ensure the assortments build-up is in-line with brand vision with optimal assortment planning

-Partner with the Product team and local markets to develop Asia fit strategies in the region and seasonal briefed styles for Hong Kong and APAC market

-Drive continuous improvement of merchandising systems & processes and provide guidance on selling price, margins and financial target as needed

- Partner with Business Planning and markets on OTB management

- Communicate with all channels to understand the market trend and create Asia Pacific calendar and identify key strategies and programs

- Build and lead a high-performance team by determine individual and team goals and provide clear instruction and feedback on regular basis

Profile

-Bachelor degree holder

-Minimum 4 years' sales experience in lifestyle or sports retail management

-Proven track record of analyzing researches related to product, market trend and channels of distribution

-Strategic yet very hands-on, strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and strategic problem solving skills
