Fashion Stylist ( Luxury Fashion )

As a Fashion Stylist, you will be focused on driving the Maison silhouette within the store. You will actively sell, creating an elevated client experience including executing personalized styling appointments. You will directly manage and develop your VIC book and share your knowledge and experience with others within the store to elevate their service and expertise.

Responsibilities

Be obsessed with fashion, master the fundamentals of styling & brand silhouette
Have a client-centric mindset and strong business vision: manage and develop the relationship with high-profile VIC
Master and transmit styling skills to increase cross-selling and upselling
Update and train the team on the brand silhouette and personal styling
Support client advisors in hosting 1:1 personalized styling sessions
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trends and the competition
Collaborate with store management and HQ:
Provide feedback to the merchandising team to increase the business in all categories
Lead the presentation of the collection to clients during Ready To Wear events
Collaborate with the retail excellence team to build the full silhouette mindset
Propose actions to use the store clienteling budget

Key Requirements

Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and designer collections with the ability to translate this to different client profiles.
Experience in personal shopping or styling
Proven experience in driving and exceeding individual goals to become a top performer and key contributor to team results
A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture
Experience working within a diverse, dynamic team
Excels in adapting and connecting with different clients and situations to be a master of client engagement
Effective communication skills with the sensitivity to attract and develop VICs and high-profile clients
Results-driven with a commercial mindset, without compromising on the Team Player attitude
Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work
