1. Brand & Market Strategy

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand in asset management across Hong Kong and global market.

• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel marketing programs and campaigns from start to finish, coordinating the communications with external vendors and service providers as well as internal teams.

• Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to identify growth opportunities and tailor campaigns for diverse client segments.

2. Digital Marketing & Content

• Lead digital marketing efforts (SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, WeChat, Rednote, programmatic ads,) to optimize lead generation and client engagement.

• Conduct bilingual (English/Chinese) content creation (whitepapers, market commentaries, posters, videos, investor education, etc) ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Events & Client Engagement

• Organize high-impact events (roadshows, webinars, industry conferences) to deepen relationships with prospects and existing clients.

• Collaborate with investment and sales teams to develop targeted collateral (fund fact sheets, pitch decks, thought leadership reports).

4. Data-Driven Optimization

• Track campaign performance (ROI, CTR, conversion) using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).

• Deliver insights on market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity to senior management.

5. Compliance & Collaboration

• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Hong Kong SFC and global regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML).

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Product) and external partners (agencies, media vendors).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relation, Finance and other related fields.

2. Practical knowledge in graphic design, social media tools and digital marketing.

3. Hands-on skills of MS Office, marketing computer software, online application, IT skills, Web service in the area of E-marketing and E-commerce.

4. Good communication and presentation skills.

5. English and Chinese written skills; oral expression skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
