About The Role~
As an IT Security Analyst Specialist with FIS, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure network architectures, ensuring the security of large data centers, and collaborating with the network team to deliver robust security outcomes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)/Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), network protocols, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASBs), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), enterprise browsers, and overseeing SD-WAN security.
Key Responsibilities~
- Secure Network Design and Architecture~
- Design and implement secure network architectures for large data centers
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect network infrastructure
- Collaborate with the network team to ensure secure and efficient network operations
- Security Technology Expertise~
- Manage and configure NGFWs, IPS/IDS, and other security appliances
- Implement and manage SASE solutions to enhance network security
- Oversee the deployment and management of CASBs and DLP solutions
- Ensure the security of enterprise browsers and related technologies
- Oversee SD-WAN security to ensure secure and reliable connectivity
- Cross-Functional Collaboration~
- Work closely with the network team to integrate security measures into network designs
- Provide guidance and support to other IT teams on security best practices
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Incident Response and Management~
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures
- Conduct post-incident analysis to improve security measures and prevent future incidents
- Continuous Improvement~
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organization'

Overview~
Responsible for direct sales executive support, helping generate top-of-funnel revenue opportunities across the Office of the CFO (oCFO). With concentrated focus on Treasury and Risk sector.
Responsibilities include close alignment with the direct sales team, acting as an SME to aid in the strong qualification of potential opportunities with the objective to enhance and accelerate quality pipeline build across FIS treasury applications.
The oCFO are responsible for the delivery of the Business Unit sales number and will leverage their client, industry and product expertise to energize, motivate and enable the broader sales teams to successfully meet product sales and pipeline generation objectives.
The role will incorporate regular BU road to home and pipeline reporting, BU collaboration and Go-to-Market close collaboration across the solution lines.
It is envisaged that sales support will focus on building top-of-funnel pipeline to a Stage 4 level and driving volume. Once an opportunity becomes more Stage 3 then Sales would be expected to fully own responsibility thereon in.
Sales Engagement~
What you will be doing ~
- Managing the distribution of the product through the APAC Corporate sales channels
- Supporting sales activity including attending meetings, qualifying deals, training sellers, enhancing competitive intelligence, presenting industry trends to C-suite
Business Unit Engagement~
- Responsible for top-of-funnel interlock and engagement with the aligned Business Unit
- Regular road to home reporting and pipeline generation reporting to stakeholders within the business unit
- Ensuring alignment on target markets and strategy
Solutions Management~
- Ensure FIS Corporate Solutions meet target market needs
- Influence roadmap, identifying potential gaps or future roadmap items which hinder/aid new business revenue growth
- Ensures alignment on FIS market positioning Marketing, GTM and Sales
Marketing, GTM & Enablement~
- Support the development of messaging and positioning. Collaborate on campaign strategy and focus
- Review lead generation from campaign/events, and support the qualification and sales alignment process
- Support relevant product launches, define the addressable market(s) where applicable
Sales Engineering~
- Bring in presales after qualifying key opportunities ensure smooth transition of opportunities
- Monitor sales document opportunity correctly within the FIS CRM system
Experience Required~
- Proven experience in product / industry experiences including having worked as part of a Treasury Team
- Product or Pre-sales experience
- Strong grasp of competitive landscape
- Deep relationships within key institutions in the industry
- An understanding of FIS product / service
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven C-level engagement experience
- Ability to create and shape market facing messaging and positioning. Beneficial experience~
- Broad knowledge of Corporate Treasury Solutions and wider working capital Eco-system
- Fluency in additional languages; Japanese, Korean preferred but not mandatory
