Senior QA Analyst, 30-35k, renewable contract

As the senior system tester in the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of enterprise-level systems. You'll work closely with team leads, business analysts, and end users to understand and refine User Requirements (URS), with a strong focus on backend processes, system integrations, and infrastructure-level validations.

Your New Role:

You'll Collaborate with system analysts and IT teams to conduct detailed walkthroughs of Functional Requirements (FRS), focusing on system architecture and data flow.
Review, and maintain comprehensive test scopes, scenarios, and test cases tailored to system-level testing, including batch processes, APIs, and data interfaces.
Prepare and manage test data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring coverage of end-to-end system workflows.
Execute test cases in UAT environments, validating system performance, data integrity, and backend logic.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with end users, particularly for complex system functionalities and cross-platform interactions.
Analyze test results to identify system-level defects, performance bottlenecks, and integration issues.
Document and track defects, providing clear and actionable feedback to development and infrastructure teams.
Conduct post-implementation health checks to verify system stability, data consistency, and operational readiness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in system testing or QA.
Solid understanding of system testing methodologies, including integration, regression, and performance testing.
Familiarity with enterprise systems, data flows, and backend validation techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using test management tools and documentation platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
Fluent in spoken Cantonese is a must.
