Senior Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting duties including accounts receivables and payables, issue checks, fund transfer, data entries, prepare voucher & debit notes, bank reconciliation, etc;

Handle Petty Cash imbursement;

Perform year end, surprise cash count, filing etc;

lAssist in financial reporting, month-end & year-end closing.

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting & LCCI level 2 or above.

2-year working experience preferably with experience working in NGOs.

Familiar with Accounting software.

Proficiency in PC operation including Chinese input, MS Word and MS Excel, advanced skill in Pivot Table is a plus.

Able to meet deadlines & tight schedule
