In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and a key support for our entire team. Key Responsibilities

Perform a range of general office administrative duties, including warmly greeting guests, managing incoming calls, and handling banking tasks such as cheque deposits.
Monitor and maintain office and warehouse stationery supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure our team is well-equipped.
Ensure the tidiness and organisation of office common areas, creating a pleasant and productive workspace for everyone.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into our company's systems.
Assist in the preparation of billing documents and related financial paperwork.
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to other departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
