Communications & Fund Raising Assistant (Ref.: CFRA(CFR)/17/07/25/C)

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement fund raising events and communication campaigns with team members
Liaise and organize volunteer activities with corporate partners, organizations, and the Association’s service units and schools
Coordinate applications for licenses and related documents for fund raising activities
Develop engaging contents on the social media for public education and brand building
Prepare letters, annual report, proposals, newsletters and other publicity materials in written English and Chinese
Perform other department duties and support ad hoc tasks upon request

Requirements:

Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
At least 2 years relevant working experience in the field of marketing, communications and/or event management
Experience working in NGO is preferred
Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese, editing and translation skills is a must
Proficiency in MS Office. Experience in office IT support and web maintenance is highly preferred
Experience in digital marketing and familiar with the culture and trend of social media network.
Experience in printed/online publishing. Capability to use Canva, Photoshop and InDesign system will be an advantage
Hands on experience in video production and editing
Good communication skills and a good team worker. Self-motivated, detail-orientated, responsible with good social skill
Highly organized and can work under pressure and tight deadlines
Immediately available is highly preferred
Work Location: Wan Chai
