Assistant Officer (Part-time), Finance and Procurement

Job Description

What you'll do:

Perform invoice payment on Accounts Payable
Perform administrative work on Account Receivable
Assist in daily finance operations and administrative support
Ensure proper scanning and filing of journal voucher and accounting record
Handle ad hoc projects and assignments when required

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Management, or over 5 years working experiences preferably in Accounting/Finance/other administrative areas
Proficient in MS office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Note:

1. Applicant may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position.

2. This is a temporary position for 12 months and working for 8-16 hours per week subject to work arrangement.

HKPC will take into consideration both the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the post when selecting the suitable candidates. A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
