Part-Time Human Resource & Admin Secretary

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive HR and Admin Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and HR functions, balancing both responsibilities equally. This role requires someone mature, resourceful, and capable of handling tasks in a timely manner while supporting various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondences, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for company events and executive meetings.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Ensure the office environment is maintained efficiently, liaising with vendors, service providers, and external parties.
Maintain filing systems and manage company's documentation in a confidential manner.

HR and Secretary:

Support the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employees' records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Assist in drafting and distributing HR-related documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
Manage employee benefits and liaise with third-party vendors for health and welfare programmes.
Serve as a point of contact for employees' queries on HR policies and procedures.
Support senior management with calendar management, preparing presentations, and other secretarial duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or secretarial roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Mature, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in supporting HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.

Working Hours:
The role may require occasional availability outside of standard working hours to accommodate global time zones.
