Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) of Deloitte Consulting aims to provide the end-to-end IT strategy consulting services as Strategy & Design, IT PMO, Technology Effectiveness and Innovation to clients in different industries, and helps the organization develop the strategies and design the systems that build business value and drive performance. The service of Deloitte TS&T team covers various sub-capabilities, including ITSP (IT Strategy & Planning), EA (Enterprise Architecture), PPM (Project & Portfolio Management), PIM (Plan Implementation Office), IT Governance, Operation & Delivery Model, IT Service Management and Technology Innovation (Cloud computing, Big data, Internet of Things, Mobility, etc.)
Work you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize IT projects
- Facilitate communication between IT project teams and stakeholders
- Plan and manage project schedules, tasks, and resources for IT initiatives
- Develop and maintain IT project management standards and processes
- Manage budgets and financial aspects, as well as ensure resource availability of IT projects
- Oversee the execution of IT projects and ensure team efficiency
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT projects
- Perform regular assessments of IT project performance
- Identify and mitigate risks in IT projects
- Document IT project plans, progress and outcomes
- Ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget
- Support the IT PMO team as necessary
- Develop, if needed, and maintain project management tools and templates for IT
- Establish governance structures for IT projects
- Standardize IT project execution across the company
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in IT projects

We are looking for someone with
- Ability to analyze data, client’s needs in the area of technology, technology strategy and digital solutions, and recognize key points for integration and/or improvement
- Ability to apply specific and relevant emerging technology, digital and its day-to-day technology operations knowledge to effectively execute against standard plan / approach for solution
- Ability to build solid foundations of a business case for revamping the technology and digital landscape in alignment with client's business agenda and strategic drivers
- Ability to build, leverage and apply intermediate level of technology, technology strategy, digital and day-to-day technology operations knowledge to effectively execute against standard plan / approach for solution.
- Ability to comprehend the technology, technology strategy and digital solutions & drivers and align them with client's business & technical needs tailor an action plan integrated through proven methodologies and innovative ways that best solves client challenges.
- With over 4 years IT consulting experiences, ITSP/ digital is preferred
- Good learning capability and team work
- Fluent in English both writing and oral.
- Willing to travel
